She’s a gentle soul with a shy and timid nature, and the shelter environment can feel a bit overwhelming for her. At first, Tory may hang back and quietly observe, but when someone takes the time to sit with her and move at her pace, her sweet personality begins to shine through. With patience, kindness, and consistency, Tory blossoms into a loving companion who truly wants to trust and connect. She will do best with an owner who understands shy dogs and is willing to help her build confidence through calm encouragement and lots of reassurance. In the right home, Tory has all the potential to become a loyal, affectionate best friend who will reward your patience with endless love. Tory has been given her DAPP and Bordetella shots by shelter staff. She will need to be spayed and receive her rabies shot upon adoption.
